All pet puppies are $3000 regardless of gender, except our micro minis. That size is under 20lbs and priced will be determined per litter. We only produce a very limited number of micro minis every couple years. We have a go home puppy pack available for purchase for $200 which will include a 24” crate, harness, seatbelt, food, toys, treats, scent blanket, snuggle puppy, some pee pads and a tote to carry it. All items can be purchased a la cart. All puppies come home with scent blanket, 30 days pet insurance , GANA paperwork, microchipped, and vet shot records.

We operate our waitlist as follows. We open up the waitlist once we confirm pregnancy on a girl. We take a limited number of applications based on the info from the ultrasound. So occasionally we do have availability once a litter is born. If for some reason you select a litter and are not happy with the available gender or color you can have your deposit return or wait for the next litter. Just remember if anyone before you passed as well they do keep their spot before you. Unfortunately Mother Nature dictates gender and color so we can not guarantee we will have availability in a litter. Because our focus is on temperament and health we ask that you consider this over gender and color. We understand that some have strict preferences and this is why we offer to refund if we can match you with what you are looking for.
We only guarantee prices for one year from time application is signed. If you are offered a spot on a litter and decide to pass and remain on waitlist for longer than 12 months you will be subject to current price at time of selection.
Our waitlist always goes in order of application and payment received date.
* Please note that regardless of position on reservation list, we reserve the right to not place any puppy in any home if it is our opinion or judgement that a particular puppy is not suitable for that home. As well rounded as my puppies are I believe there are times that some puppies are not a good fit for some families.
Additionally if information comes to light to change our opinion that a home is not suitable for a puppy at that point prior to family taking possession of puppy, we reserve the right to refuse sale to that family and will refund any fees paid, less tangible expenses (if any are insured).
Payment must be made in full at time of selection and signing contract, usually when puppies are between 6 and 7 weeks old. Puppies can go home starting at 8 weeks old. I give a window to allow everyone some flexibility when picking up. Any puppy not picked up by 10 weeks will incur a training fee of $300 per week. This allows us to devote the necessary time to train and socialize that puppy plus additional shots and supplies needed.
